John is another transplant to the South, now calling the Carolinas home since 1986. He was raised and educated in Pittsburgh, PA. John is a well seasoned transportation professional, with over 25 years of experience from "hands on" to management. He has worked with all types of transportation, domestic and international, be it trucking, ocean- and airfreight, charters, warehousing or third party logistics. He takes his job responsibilities very personal. His dedication, organizational and communications skills have resulted in strong relationships with customers and vendors alike.

Lana Savitch

Lana was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. She graduated from the Baltic State Technical University (Voenmeh D.F.Ustinov) of St. Petersburg and awarded a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electro-Mechanical Designs.

Following graduation, she accepted a position as a Heavy Machinery Engineer-Designer at the Institute of Scientific Research & Technology of St. Petersburg, Russia, a division of Putilov Factory. She remained several years at the Institute until the mid 1990s, when Lana made the decision to immigrate to the USA. She joined AGM (Alfa Glass Machinery), a North American distributor of Italian Stone & Glass Working Machinery. Her primary AGM activities included office management, sales support, customer services, marketing, and vendor relationships.

Seven years later, Lana accepted a position with EX FACTORY to provide sales support and customer service. Fluent in both Russian and English, Lana may be your first contact! She'll gladly answer your basic questions and put you in direct contact with the Product Manager who can assist with your requirements!

Talice Luna

Talice was raised and educated in San Diego, CA. Her work experience in California began as an Office Assistant, then Accounting Assistant. Later, she joined a Service Employees organization where she participated in diverse activities related to membership, workshops, publications, and accounting. Along the way, she achieved certifications in Computer Operations and as a Physical Therapy Technician.

A true "Jill of all Trades", when Talice relocated to Charlotte, NC, she joined EXF as a Data Entry Temp. Upon EXF's discovering that Talice is a quick learner, she became a permanent part of the EXF team. In successive years, she has progressed through different areas of the company; first as Receptionist, then as Order Processor and Accounting Assistant, and currently as Auction Administrator. Should your EXF sales transaction require Talice's assistance, you'll know firsthand she is a strong contributor to keep EXF's "backroom" sales activities functioning smoothly, correctly, and efficiently.
